JOHN P. WHITE — Founding Partner | San Francisco, CA

Mr. White has been advising and investing in the technology, media, and communication space for over three decades. He has advised on over $50 billion in transactions over the span of his career. Mr. White has collaborated with companies both domestically and internationally. He has advised such companies as Disney, Viacom, CBS, Lamar Advertising, Charter Communications, Comcast/NBC, Medicom Communications, Schurz Communications, Morris Media Group, British Telecom, NTL (predecessor to Virgin Media), as well as many other private family-owned companies.

Prior to founding Moorgate, Mr. White ran the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan Chase in New York, as well as Chase Manhattan’s Media and Communications Group in London.

Mr. White has been an early investor in wireless broadband, tech enabled infrastructure and marketing services. He has sat on the boards of ITC Services, Telescope.tv and MMAC.

Mr. White sits on the board of CoachArt, a non-for-profit organization based in Los Angeles that provides lessons in arts and athletics to chronically ill children and their families. Mr. White has also been a longstanding member of the Fund-Raising Committee for the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.

Mr. White received a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College.

MICHAEL ALEXANDER — Founding Partner | New York, NY

Mr. Alexander is a co-founder of Moorgate Partners where he runs the firm’s transaction execution business. Prior to Moorgate, Mr. Alexander worked for 16 years in investment banking groups in London, San Francisco, and New York for JP Morgan and Wachovia Securities. At JP Morgan Chase, as the head of emerging communications investment banking coverage groups, Mr. Alexander advised and financed multiple public and private growth-oriented companies. During his investment banking tenure, Mr. Alexander has executed over $25 billion of M&A, equity, and debt transactions for middle market and large cap clients across various segments within the communications and media sectors, including complex M&A and financing assignments.

Mr. Alexander earned a BSc degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom.

CHUCK WIEBE — Managing Director | New York, NY

Mr. Wiebe joined Moorgate Partners in 2022 as a Managing Director to advise digital infrastructure companies and has over 25 years of investment banking and investing experience. Prior to joining Moorgate, Mr. Wiebe was a Managing Director of Houlihan Lokey and member of the Houlihan Broadband Team Technology practice. Houlihan Lokey had purchased his previous firm, MVP Capital, in 2020. At MVP, he provided a range of M&A and capital markets advisory services to clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Prior to joining MVP Capital, Mr. Wiebe co-founded BIA Capital Strategies, a communications-focused investment bank, and BIA Digital Partners, a mezzanine-focused fund that invested in 37 media-, telecommunications-, and information-based businesses.

Mr. Wiebe is the immediate Past Chair of the Suburban Hospital Board of Trustees in Bethesda, Maryland, and was a member of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Board of Trustees.

Mr. Wiebe holds a B.A. with distinction from Cornell University as a Cornell National Scholar and was a member of its back-to-back NCAA champion Men’s Lacrosse teams.

JON MEYERS — Director | New York, NY

Prior to joining Moorgate Partners in 2011, Mr. Meyers worked for 7 years in investment banking groups for Banc of America Securities, Pali Capital and SG Barr Devlin. Mr. Meyers has advised on over $10 billion of M&A, strategic advisory, restructuring, and capital markets (debt & equity) transactions across various industries including media, entertainment, technology, gaming, lodging and real estate.

Mr. Meyers received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

JEFF SEDDON — Director | New York, NY

Mr. Seddon has more than a decade of experience advising both public and private companies across the communications, media and technology industries. During his time at Moorgate, Mr. Seddon has worked on more than $4 billion of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions with a particular focus on the digital & traditional media and broadband / cable sectors. Prior to joining Moorgate Partners full time in 2012, Mr. Seddon worked in equity research at Oppenheimer & Co. covering the internet sector.

Mr. Seddon received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Finance and Marketing where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Track & Field Team.

MICHAEL STRACK — Associate | New York, NY

Mr. Strack joined Moorgate Partners in 2024 as an Associate. Prior to joining, Mr. Strack worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at William Blair where he advised on more than $5 billion of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across a wide range of industries with a particular focus on middle market software companies.

Mr. Strack received a B.S. from The United States Naval Academy where he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.

WILL CASEY — Analyst | New York, NY

Prior to joining Moorgate Partners in 2024, Mr. Casey served as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair, where he advised on M&A transactions in the Tech-Enabled Services sector.

Mr. Casey has also worked as a Equity Research Summer Analyst at Brookmont Capital Partners and as an Accounting Intern at M. Terry Enterprises.

Mr. Casey received a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 2022.

EILEEN VASQUEZ, M.S.A. — Chief Administration Officer | San Francisco, CA

Prior to joining Moorgate Partners in 2022, Mrs. Vasquez worked as an auditor for Big4 public accounting firm, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) in their technology and venture capital assurance practice. Mrs. Vasquez is responsible for managing the administration functions of the firm.

Mrs. Vasquez received an M.S. in Accounting from California State University - East Bay.

KEIKO FUKUMURA — Executive Assistant | San Francisco, CA

Prior to joining Moorgate Partners in 2015, Ms. Fukumura worked for TPG Biotech Ventures and JP Morgan Chase.

Ms. Fukumura received a Bachelors of Science from Boston University.
